do you have this problem when the engine is hot too?
my clutch on fe250 is little "sticky" when the engine is cold
It does it when it's warmed up too. I might try a different weight oil
Changing oil weight might help but I'd probably look at the basics first. Make sure the lever adjustment is within spec, mine needs tweaking sometimes.
