These Rack Loops can secure most panniers / roll-top bags to your bike without the need for bungee cords. These can be mounted on the rear, fender, hard case, or anywhere else with (4pcs) 6mm holes. When you're not using the tail bag, the hooks can make the installation look cleaner and better than bungee cords.
Attention: Be sure to use thread locking adhesive on bolt threads.
